The Move will allow gamers to play the new games as if they were part of the action. It will be similar to the Wii but more advanced. The Eye camera detects the exact location and movements of the controllers. The Eye also has voice and image recognition which will allow for alternate reality games.

The Move made make it a good idea of Sony to release the PlayStation 4 sooner. The PS3 won’t allow four player to use the Move remote and subcontroller which is required for some games. The PS4 might have more Bluetooth ports which will allow for more players using the Move remotes and subcontroller.

The PlayStation 4 Experience

Sony’s Play Station has created quite a buzz in the gaming industry. All the releases of the Playstation have been a hit and the latest version PS4 will be released soon. In order to know the real gaming experience we should consider how different games work in it. We can consider six types of games to illustrate the gaming experience. A first person shooter game, a dancing game, an astronaut game, a swimming game, a fighting game and a skydiving game will give a better view of the gaming experience in the PS4.

If a game contains all these elements then it would be even better. In a 3d game the motion detection on the entire limbs of your feet, hands allow the game to detect your location and velocity of movement. In astronaut games, the experience of space walking can be brought about realistically by moving your arms and feet alone. This brings us a unique experience. The movements that you do in real time will be reciprocated on screen and your avatar on-screen would also do the same things. Such correlation between the movements has been brought about and hence this is a great opportunity to enjoy. The force of the movement will also be tracked and actions performed accordingly. For example, if you need to insert something in the satellite, then you have to handle it in a delicate fashion. Also the movement should be perfect as a wrong movement could lead us into trouble in the game.

In a swimming game for instance, the correct stroke movement will help you move faster while the wrong stroke movement will slow you down drastically.

While rotating in space if you happen to see the sun you’ll not be able to see anything else due to extreme brightness. This can also happen in games where grenades are thrown or you get hit by a photon laser. This real life experience brings a lot of excitement to these games.

All the games have these sorts of experiences. In skydiving, if you give keep your hands and feet closer you will dive properly. If it is far apart then it would create problems. Rotation of head also is realistic. When you rotate your head you’ll be able to look in different directions. The experience is so realistic that whenever you crash or let your avatar on-screen die, a minor shock on the limbs will be felt as a punishment for death. In games like vibrations are felt each time a goal is scored. In first person shooter games, whenever we get hit, we feel vibrations in the joystick. In dancing games, the dance depends on how well you place your feet. These kinds of facilities will definitely make the next generation gaming a joy to play.

A major advancement in Playstation 4 is the use of wireless technology. The joysticks will no longer be connected using wires. Instead wireless sensors are used for increased mobility. The wireless technology used depends on the distance, power usage and purpose. Transferring of files will be done by transfer jet. Bluetooth 3.0 version will also used. DDR4 RAM and latest graphic cards will also be in place. All the latest technologies will be present in the latest version of Sony so that it is liked by all the people.

The Future of PS4
PS3 is still dominating the gaming console market along with its cousins Wii and Xbox. Speculations are on as to when Sony is finally going to release its latest version of the popular PlayStation gaming console. It is well known that work on the PS4 is on and the project is in its developmental stage. It will probably in 2012 or 2013 when PS4 is finally going to hit the market.

Sony PS4 will be based on the PS3 technology and modifications and improvements will be added on. However, from reports received, it is quite evident that Sony is trying to put everything into PS4 and is going to add some great features that will have gamers of the world drooling in anticipation. The PS4 will be upgraded to support HDMI2 compliant QF-HDTV and AV receivers that can handle next generation audio and video formats. All the PlayStation gaming consoles are for home use and Sony’s PSP2 is for mobile computing. We are already hearing about PS5 and the revolution it is going to bring along with it. The PS5 will be a PS4 that is shrunk into the size of PSP2. A mobile PS5 will become the next general personal gaming device. It will be able to get plugged into a big screen using its HDMI2 chip. It will have a touch screen, digital camera, mini speakers and multi-array microphones and will be able to work as a mobile phone which will have the capability to receive FM/AM radio and television channels. The PS5 will also give the users the facility of a GPS system and connections like Wi-Fi, IrDA and Bluetooth. Added to all this would be the capability to have its own static IP that can host servers for web pages. In short, PS5 will be perfectly compatible for the next generation Internet services.

All this while we have been talking about the technological developments that can be expected to come along with PS4 and PS5. Let us now look at some of the changes in hardware that can be expected –
·	PS3 uses Blu-ray discs. PS4 uses holographic discs and PS5 will use digitally protected solid state sticks that will have the capability to store at least 1 TB.

·	PS3 has a 7.1 channel audio transmission. PS4 has 9.1 channel advanced audio transmission with speakers above the user’s head and below him or her and PS5 will have multiple mobile speakers that will move around the user to simulate the audio experience.

·	PS3 has a mandatory hard drive. PS4 will be able to store more amounts of data through its hard drive, flash drive and external devices that are supported. PS5 will use the same writable digitally protected solid state sticks that can be stored outside the PS5 and can be accessed via a high speed network.
Apart from these developments in hardware, PS4 and PS5 will have other incorporated hardware features that will improve display. With PS4 and PS5, the gaming experience will be more real than the existing PS3.
