Sony says no Price Cut for Playstation
Sony says no there is to be price cut for Playstation. Or at least that is what can be taken from the Sony Corp Chief Executive when he shrugged off concerns that the Playstation 3 video game console was too expensive for current market conditions. Howard Stringer also commented on the remarks from Activision regarding the Sony PS3 price, and that it is unlikey that the company will sell any of it’s parts, as many businesses are, during this time of recession… Almost worrisome to even have to add that.

Slim PS3
The Playstation 3 when it comes to consoles is a cut above the rest and has been since it’s launch, the price reflects such. During difficult economic periods that is not always enough though, so we will see what Sony does to meet the expected 13 million console sales they plan on making during the 2009 year.
T3 got this pic of a PS4 but looks like might be a thin PS3 check it out here!
Of course, if Sony was going to reduce the cost of the of the Playstation 3, or produce a slimmer PS 3, it would do the company a lot of harm to announce it before it launched… as soon as it is announced people will be holding out for it and further reducing the cash flow and sales of Sony’s Playstation team.
If you ask us, expect a Slimmer or reduced price PS 3 this Christmas, but dont hold out for one, its not woth the 5 months of not gaming!
