The Xbox 360 is inferior to the PS3. If we could get some half way decent 3rd party devolopers to stop porting INFERIOR xbox games to PS3 and just learn the language you would really get to see the PS3′s capabilities. If you look at the exclusives (Uncharted 2, MGS4, Killzone2) PS3′s exclusives blow away the competition on a graphics and gameplay standpoint. I’m not saying the Xbox is horrible. I think they still need to work on the system more, but they’ve got the online mastered. I do think that PS should incorporate the anoalog positions on the controler, which they can since xbox took the 4 upper buttons from the ps (eg L1,L2, R1, and R2)The PS3 is truly an entertainment system. I had the xbox, yeah i’m not paying for a HD drive when HD is dead. I RROD 3 times (which i’ve heard they fixed, but don’t believe cause i have friends with some of the newer generations and still have that problem)I think that some of those issues are user error too. Putting it in an enclosed area or what not. But still lets analyze what we got here Xbox 360 comes with 120 gig HDD for the 299 you get on wireless (not rechargable) controller no wifi regular dvd player and that’s it. PS3 299 120 gig hDD comes with 1 rechargable bluetooth wireless controller wi fi , internet browser, sony’s best blu-ray player(lets not forget sony mainly makes electronic components, dvd player, blu-rays and so on ps3 has the highest rated bluray player still) free Playstation network and so on. One thing i do like about the ps3 controller if im waiting on a loading screen and i run to the kitchen i can pause the game from upto 30 feet away, let’s see you do that with 2nd rate RF. I think the only reason xbox is still doing so well is because of fan boy word of mouth, and people buying system multiple times. PS3>Xbox 360 but 360 is not bad

Its funny that the Sony fans talk about how the PS4 will be better than the 720 but have they been watching whats been happening in todays market? Sales of the 360 this last year have outpaced the PS3 by 17%.

No one can compete with Microsoft when Microsoft focuses their marketing and efforts into a specific discipline whether it be consoles, software or whatever. The “Sony is better than the xBox” people are the same ones that told us years ago that Linux and Apple would take over Windows…LOL

Great article think the Playstation 4 will be awesome, and way better than the Xbox console. Looking forward to seeing what Playstation brings to the table in terms of online play a lot more than I am a new console though.
