The Playstation 4 is possibly the most anticipated console to ever be considered by consumers. We are possibly years away from the announcement of the Playstation 4, yet images are circling all over the internet of what the console will or could look like. With more and more rumors and online mentions each day, it is amazing that Sony hasn't said anything yet.
The Playstation 4 is set to be one of the best consoles ever, and nothing is certain about it yet. Sony has built an amazing following with the success of the Playstation 2 and the Playstation 3, so we think its safe to assume that the next console from Sony will be called the Playstation 4, but thats about all you can assume at this point.

Square PS4 Concept - The Square PS4 Concept, this is one of the more traditional types of design and something you may end up seeing in stores, however personally expect Sony to come out with something a bit more flashy. -- Online rumor, this console has been released by Sony as a concept for something entirely different.
Slim PS4 or is this the Slim PS3...
THey are not going to mess with the conrtollers as much as you guys are showing. They will probably have the same basic design as the Playstation 1-3 (at least i hope so).
Consols are the alternative to expensive PC gaming but what they do is take the best of whats currently popular on PC and box it into a fairly reasonable priced all in one product. That said from what I’ve seen on PC and in the Market there is less of a demand for Blu Ray then when DVD was at its height so any designs with a disk are far from likely since blu ray might be the last of physical portable media. Each play station has launched the newest form of digital media PS1 = CD’s, PS2 = DVD, PS3 = Blu Ray, and looking at the new PSP GO you can start to see the picture I hope. Design a consol that is about 30% smaller then PS3 because of the lack of an optical drive and if your hard core put in the input for Fiber optic internet jack on the back all tv’s by 2012 will be 120Hz minimum and possibly 2560p resolutions like my PC has so that leaves the possibility of 3D Gaming so keep the glasses.
