NBA 2k14 Patch Doesn’t Fix All Issues, 2k Sports Says There Will Be More Fixes

The NBA 2k14 patch that was released recently has fixed many problems that people were having connecting to the game’s content. The patch fixed this problem but now gamers are reporting a whole new lot of problems with MyTeam and private TeamUp matches. Ronnie Singh from 2k Games replied to complaints people were posting on Twitter, stating that the patch should be up very soon.

The server problems that the game was having blocked players from transacting with virtual money that they use to customize their custom players; it is needed for other modes as well like MyTeam and NBA Today.

2k Sports have been giving gamers locker codes as a way to pay back for these server issues.

NBA 2k14 was named the best-selling sport game in the US for next gen consoles. The 2k Sports title outsold, Madden NFL 25, FIFA 14 and NBA Live 14.

2k Sports said: “If you see the current generation and the next gen of NBA 2K14 together, we have actually sold more units combined than we did in 2013 on only the current gen,” The President of Take-Two Karl Slatoff said, “So people hear so many in the industry right now about the issues that developers have in the transition period and the hazard that are related to the transition, which are all true. But in specific situations, we have only one game right now for the next gen. We are not seeing that.”
