Even though Japan has a rich culture in gaming, and it the home of the PlayStation 4; it has yet to make its way to shelves in the country. But while Microsoft has not said anything about releasing their console in the region, the Sony PlayStation 4 will be making its debut in Japan this weekend. As a make up for the three month delay that the region had, Sony and the snake charmers at Kojima Productions have partnered to make the first limited edition PlayStation 4 console; which will launch exclusively in Japan on March 20th. The edition will be called the “Fox Edition” and it has been designed to celebrate the launch of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes; a copy of the game will be bundled with the limited edition console for a price of 46,980 yen, which is around $462. The stand-alone console in Japan sells for 41,979 yen which is around $413. Unfortunately though this first limited edition console does not stand out as an impressive re skinning for the console, it’s more of a boring emblem, but it is limited nonetheless.
