Sony have announced that they are going to offer 6 free games for PlayStation Plus in January 2014 as a part of the instant game collection. The two most notable games are BioShock Infinite and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. Two games that were very highly rated on the long list of 2013 video games. These games are offered on all 4 platforms that Sony currently has running, them being, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and even the PlayStation Portable.
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is developed by the designer of tough games like Chronicle of Riddick and The Darkness, Starbreeze Studios. They seem to have tuned things down in this one; this game is a gentle fairy tale game about two sons who travel all around looking for medicine for their father.
BioShock Infinite is developed by Irrational Games and published by 2k Games, it is a first person shooter. The project name for this game was Project Icarus; it was released on old consoles on March 26th, 2013. It is the third installment of the BioShock franchise. It is set in 1912 and its protagonist is former agent Booker DeWitt, who was sent to the floating city of Columbia to find a young woman by the name of Elizabeth who had been held prisoner there for most of her life.
Other games that will be freebies for PlayStation Plus on January 2014 are: DMC: Devil May Cry (PS3), Smart As… (PS Vita), Worms: Battle Islands (PSP and PS Vita) and Don’t Starve (PS4). This coming month looks like an awesome lineup for free games from PS+ so if you don’t have it yet you might want to go out and buy it.
